You only support the app when you have successfully won a job through using the app. We are a team normal working people like you and we aim to do everything as fairly as we can.

• BidME will bill you for 5% commission once a month, so you may choose to add 5% to your Bid to cover this, thats up to you, our payment terms can be viewed by clicking here.
• It is your responsibility to obtain the payment your customer directly, this is not done via the app.

Below we have provided more detailed information on every step of the process, there are also videos of how the process works. Click to any step you want to know more about.
If you have any questions the do feel free to contact our support team.
Setting your account...
Your account settings need to be just right to suit your needs, make sure your address and the radius of the area you are willing to work is correct to see, this allows the app to show you only the jobs you can cover.
Also make sure you select all the services you cover, at the moment you can only select multiple sub-categories from one main category at a time, we will improve on that in the future.
You can also upload 'documents' to your profile by using the 'Documents' area, this is where you can display any certification, accreditations, or even examples of your past work for customers to look over.
-
Where are the settings?
Simple click on the 'Account' icon in the bar at the bottom of the home page.
-
Input your name and description
Click on the 'Edit' icon next to your name at the top of the page, here you can change your profile picture, trading name and even the description. You can not change your email or phone number as they are what you registration is tied to.
-
Set your location
In the same area you reached by tapping 'Edit' by your name you will see 'Location at the bottom of the screen. Set the location to where ever you consider to be your base. The location is very important as the app uses this to help determine which customers you cover. The customers are only displayed the categories that are available subject to their own location.
-
Select your trade categories
In the 'Account' screen you will see a tab labelled 'Service Providing Info', click on this to be shown the main categories, click on the one you work in, then you will be shown all the options that are currently available, select and deselect as many or little as you wish. You can filter the jobs displayed on the home page to just view jobs in a specific field later. At the moment you can only offer sub-categories from one main fields at a time in the app, we will be improving this in the future.
-
Set your radius of work
On the same 'Service Providing Info' screen that you found after clicking on the 'Account' icon you will see a sliding bar that allows you to set the radius you wish to cover from your base location. Rather than set a default area we have wanted to give you control over this, if work is slow you can extend your radius to see jobs that are further afield, if work is strong at the moment you can be more selective and reduce your radius and just see the jobs that are closer to home.
-
Show off your skills
On the 'Account' page you will see a tab called 'Documents' this is were you can upload jpgs or pdfs to display your qualification and affiliation certificates, or examples of work on your profile.
Looking for jobs...
-
See jobs
Click on the home page to see a list of jobs available within your specified radius. If theres no job displayed there may not be any jobs in your area at the moment, but please bear with us as we market and promote the app in your area. You can also set a bigger radius to potentially see more job listings, you can do that in the 'Account' screen and then clicking 'Service Providing Info', remember to save the changes!
-
Find out more
You can send the potential customer questions, these will be displayed on the job posting for all to see, the customer will also reply on the job posting, this method prevents many people from repeatedly asking the same questions.
-
What is the customer like?
Customers are just people, they all have different ways and levels of communication. There are many platforms that display the providers reviews, but we want you the provider to also see the customers rating to help you make a decision. Simply go in to any job posting and click on the customers photo to see their review and ratings.

The payment terms are as follows, on the 17th of each month the commission accrued during the proceeding month will be totalled and added to the ‘Last months commission Fee’. -
How long do i have to pay
We allow 7 days to settle the amount.
-
What if I dont pay
If you do not settle your account with the required 7 days you will no longer be able to make bids or ask questions to the job postings. You will be restricted until the commission owed is cleared. Ongoing non-payment may also lead to you being blacklisted from using the app in the future as set out in our terms and conditions.
